<\/i> Werden f\u00fcr die Herstellung der Produkte B\u00e4ume gef\u00e4llt?<\/a><\/h3>

Nein \u2013 die Rinde wird einmal j\u00e4hrlich vom Baum geerntet. Hier wird auch nur die oberste Schicht (Borke) abgenommen. Diese w\u00e4chst wieder nach, der Baum nimmt also keinen Schaden.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

<\/i> Wo kommt die Rinde \/ die Produkte her?<\/a><\/h3>

Die Rinde beziehen wir aus der sibirischen Taiga, wo unz\u00e4hlige Birken wachsen. Die Birkenrinde wird von den Handwerkern in Tomsk traditionell geerntet und die Produkte werden in unseren beiden Produktionsst\u00e4tten dort vor Ort und in Ivanowo handgefertigt.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

<\/i> Warum stellen wir unsere Produkte in Sibirien her? Kann daf\u00fcr nicht auch die Birkenrinde aus Deutschland verwendet werden?<\/a><\/h3>

Es gibt mehrere Gr\u00fcnde, warum wir die Produkte in Sibirien fertigen. Zum einen, weil die Rinde der dortigen Birken besonders gut<\/span> geeignet ist. Sie ist viel dicker und robuster als die unserer heimischen Birkenarten. Vor allem aber hat die Verwendung der Birkenrinde in Sibirien eine Jahrtausende alte Tradition. Wir wollen das alte Wissen nutzen, um dieses Handwerk vor dem Aussterben zu bewahren und vor Ort Arbeitspl\u00e4tze schaffen, um den Menschen neue Perspektiven zu geben.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

<\/i> Warum sind die Produkte nicht wei\u00df wie die Birken?<\/a><\/h3>

Dass die Produkte nicht die typisch wei\u00dfe Farbe tragen, liegt daran, dass wir in Handarbeit die obersten Schichten der Rinde abtragen, um uns die einzigartigen Eigenschaften der samtig weichen Innenschichten zu Nutze zu machen.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

<\/i> Wie gehen wir bei der Wahl der Komponenten f\u00fcr unsere Produkte vor?<\/a><\/h3>

Wir achten darauf, dass alle Teile, die mit Lebensmitteln in Ber\u00fchrung kommen schadstofffrei sind. Z.B. die Deckel unserer Tuesa Dosen sind mit wasserbasierter Holzbeize behandelt und lediglich mit Bienenwachs versiegelt. F\u00fcr die Herstellung unserer weiteren hochwertigen Komponenten wie bspw. Metallgestelle w\u00e4hlen wir mit Sorgfalt handwerkliche Betriebe in Deutschland und \u00d6sterreich aus.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

<\/i> Ich bin auf Birken allergisch, kann ich die Produkte benutzen?<\/a><\/h3>

Die Rinde der Birke weist in der Regel keinerlei Allergene auf und stellt daher auch f\u00fcr Birkenpollen Allergiker keine Risiken dar.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

<\/i> Kann ich die Rinde abwaschen?<\/a><\/h3>

Ja. Die Oberfl\u00e4che der Rinde ist sehr dicht und daher wasser- und schmutzabweisend. Beispielsweise unsere Vorratsdosen k\u00f6nnen unter flie\u00dfendem, lauwarmen Wasser gereinigt werden. Jedem Produkt liegen auch hilfreiche Pflegehinweise bei.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

<\/i> Mein Produkt sieht anders aus als auf dem Bild. Haben beispielsweise Ausw\u00fcchse Auswirkungen auf die Funktion der Produkte?<\/a><\/h3>

Nein, Ausw\u00fcchse oder andere Unregelm\u00e4\u00dfigkeiten an der Rinde haben keine Auswirkung auf ihre besonderen Eigenschaften. Da jedes Produkt aus 100% Naturmaterial besteht, gleicht keines dem anderen \u2013 jedes ist ein Unikat!<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

<\/i> Trocknet die Rinde mit der Zeit aus? Muss ich sie pflegen?<\/a><\/h3>

Nein. Unter normalen Bedingungen (Raumtemperaturen) bleibt die Rinde eine Ewigkeit geschmeidig und flexibel. Produkte aus Birkenrinde sollten bestenfalls nicht auf der Heizung oder bei Minusgraden benutzt \/ gelagert werden. Ansonsten ist keine besondere Pflege notwendig.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

<\/i> Kann ich mir Produkte aussuchen? Gibt es einen Laden \/ Showroom?<\/a><\/h3>

Wir verkaufen unsere Produkte in vielen L\u00e4den in ganz Deutschland und anderen L\u00e4ndern.
