SOZIALE und \u00f6kologische VERANTWORTUNG<\/strong><\/h4>\r\n

Wir arbeiten seit 2015 mit kleinen Familien-Betrieben in Sibirien zusammen und haben in Tomsk (2019) und in Iwanowo (2016) selbst zwei Produktionsst\u00e4tten aufgebaut, damit die Wertsch\u00f6pfung<\/a> vor Ort bleibt – dort wo auch die Rinde geerntet<\/a> wird – und m\u00f6glichst viele Arbeitspl\u00e4tze geschaffen werden k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>\r\n


Gemeinsam mit unseren Produktionspartnern vor Ort sorgen wir daf\u00fcr, dass das alte Wissen vor allem an j\u00fcngere Generationen weitergegeben wird, die alte Handwerkstradition erhalten bleibt und setzen uns daf\u00fcr ein, dass die Berufsausbildung wieder eingef\u00fchrt wird.<\/p>\r\n

VON DER BIRKENRINDE ZUM DESIGN-OBJEKT<\/strong><\/h4>\r\n

Der Anfang jedes unserer Produkte ist die Gestaltung in unserem Atelier hier in Berlin. In enger Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Manufakturen in Sibirien werden diese sorgf\u00e4ltig optimiert und bis zur Serienreife getestet. Dann \u00fcbergeben wir sie ganz in die erfahrenen H\u00e4nde der Handwerker zur Produktion.<\/p>\r\n


Unsere Partner allerorts w\u00e4hlen wir mit gro\u00dfer Sorgfalt und stellen sicher, dass sie unsere Werte teilen. Hochwertige Qualit\u00e4t und kurze Transportwege garantiert die Zusammenarbeit mit handwerklichen Betrieben in Deutschland und \u00d6sterreich. Dort entstehen unsere hochwertigen Komponenten wie z.B. Metallgestelle f\u00fcr Hocker oder K\u00f6rbe. Montiert werden die Objekte in unserem Berliner Atelier und in Kooperation mit Inklusionsbetrieben<\/a> in der Region.<\/p>\r\n


Unser Ziel ist es, \u00fcber einen globalen kulturellen Austausch soziale Strukturen lokal zu st\u00e4rken und auszubauen. Dies gilt besonders f\u00fcr unsere Standorte und Kooperationen in Sibirien und Deutschland.<\/p>\r\n

Positive CO2 Bilanz<\/strong><\/h4>\r\n

All unsere Produkte werden in ressourcenschonender Handarbeit gefertigt und nur mit geringem Einsatz von Maschinen, die der Prozessoptimierung dienen. Vor diesem Hintergrund und da Birkenrinde<\/a> als nachwachsender Rohstoff, mit den vom Baum gespeicherten CO2 Reserven, mit dem durch Produktion, Transport und Versand entstehenden CO2 Aufkommen gegengerechnet werden kann, gehen wir von einer positiven CO2 Bilanz f\u00fcr alle unsere Produkte aus. Der Transport von Sibirien nach Deutschland findet nur wenn notwendig und maximal 4 mal j\u00e4hrlich auf dem Landweg statt.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
